Needs-Based Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is available to families who demonstrate financial need. The Tuition Assistance application process occurs at the same time as the application for admissions. However, the decisions to accept a student into the school and to award tuition assistance are separate.
Families currently receiving tuition assistance must submit a new application as early as possible to demonstrate continued need. A total of $150,000 has been budgeted for tuition assistance. Once applications are reviewed and funds are allocated, no additional assistance will be available.
Families receiving tuition assistance are required to sign an enrollment contract and submit the annual non-refundable fee by the specified deadline.

At Woodcrest, our community is our greatest strength, and we want to reward the families who help our school grow. We are thrilled to share our New Student Referral Program – a special initiative designed to thank our current families for their incredible advocacy while making the transition easier for new families joining our campus.

K-8 Referrals: Reciprocal $1000 total value ($500 tuition credit for the current family / $500 tuition credit for the new family).
Preschool Referrals: Reciprocal $500 total value ($250 tuition credit for the current family / $250 credit for the new family).
The Details: To qualify, the incoming family must list your name (the current Woodcrest Family) on their initial application / enrollment paperwork.
