Valley Trails at Woodcrest School Provides On Site Camp Model During Pandemic

Valley Trails at Woodcrest School provides parents with childcare options while Campers learn online from Woodcrest School teachers.  Campers attending Valley Trails are supervised by camp counselors in the classroom while teachers brodcast engaging curricculum via Google Meet.  After 12:00PM, campers go into camp mode, playing sports, dance, drama, art, and team building.  Parent’s are thrilled that their children are able to socialize and build strong academic skills during the pandemic when other schools are providing limited programming.  Valley Trails at Woodcrest is full for the 2020 school year and will be converting to a school model upon Woodcrest receiving a K-2 waiver.
